I forgot to add these images to the last post.
We now have plastic stapled to the ceiling
so random insulation pieces will stop falling and
to try and keep some of the heat in the house,
rather than the attic.
The wood is also gone, but that is where the island is going.

Wow, you guys are BRAVE. We've been putting off much less extensive kitchen work.
We are in Chandler and thinking of going to El Encanto park tomorrow and the little amusement park. Have you ever been there? Is it worth it? Or what about the aquarium at Az mills?

It'll all be worth it in the end!!! Haven't been to Encanto in years, but I remember it being fun when I was a kid. Haven't made it to the aquarium at Mills either.... too much house work. Let me know how it goes. : )
